Punch Lab was established in 2023 from the simple desire to craft better cocktails. We’ve been making artful, small-batch cocktails for over 10 years for fine bars and restaurants.

Our Team
Hugh has been innovating batched cocktails and bar programs for over a decade. He also enjoys hosting tasting events and cocktail classes. When he began, making cocktails in large batches was unconventional, but his techniques quickly proved successful, leading to numerous bar program setups through word-of-mouth recommendations. His consulting and mixology work continued to intersect as he batched cocktails for various bar programs. During the pandemic, he decided to finish his master's degree in philosophy while continuing his consulting work. Currently, he is focused on scaling up production to launch a line of cocktails.
Hugh's sister Johanna has been a vital part of his production business and continues to play a key role in crafting exceptional cocktails. Born in Guatemala City, Johanna was adopted at age seven and attended St. Rita's School for the Deaf in Cincinnati.
